Every OT journey starts with understanding you — your environment, your routines, and the goals in your NDIS plan. From there, your occupational therapist works alongside you with a practical, evidence-based plan. A typical pathway looks like:
Occupational therapy is most commonly funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living in your NDIS plan. If you have this funding, you'll be able to access our OT supports once appointments open. We support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. Our NDIS social workers in Sydney are available now and work with many of the same goals OT addresses — building daily living skills, capacity building, community participation, and coordinating the supports in your NDIS plan.

When our NDIS occupational therapy service launches, it will be available to participants across Greater Sydney — including the Sutherland Shire, St George, the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney and South West Sydney — alongside telehealth across New South Wales. No. The waitlist is open to NDIS participants whose plans are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. As a registered NDIS provider, Create Allied Health Services can support all participants once OT appointments open.
