NDIS Services
Create Allied Health Services is an NDIS-registered therapeutic supports provider offering NDIS access requests, plan reviews, planning meeting support, and clinical social work services for NDIS participants across Sydney and nationally.
We assist iCare clients, WorkCover clients, accident and injury insurance recipients, and private health/hospital patients in accessing NDIS when additional supports are needed. We also support NDIS participants with psychosocial disability, complex mental health, housing needs, and capacity building.
NDIS Access Requests
We assist clients in applying for NDIS access, particularly those with existing funding (iCare, WorkCover, accident insurance, private health) who require additional community engagement, social participation, transport, or allied health supports through NDIS.
Our NDIS Access Process:
Comprehensive functional impact reports demonstrating disability impact on daily living
Collaboration with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals to gather supporting evidence
Expert completion of NDIS access forms using evidence-based language aligned with access criteria
Advocacy and follow-up with NDIA, response to information requests, appeal support if needed

We are registered as an NDIS therapeutic supports provider. We currently provide clinical social work services and coordinate other allied health disciplines (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy) when required for complex cases.
