Welcome to Create Allied Health Services

Create Allied Health Services is a Sydney-based, NDIS-registered provider offering clinical social work expertise for complex cases involving disability, mental health, guardianship, housing instability, hospital discharge, and aged care transitions.

We partner with iCare case managers, NDIS support coordinators, private hospital discharge teams, and aged care providers when clients require more than standard support coordination—they need clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, risk evaluation, family mediation, or systems advocacy.
